Academic Professor and coach with profound passion for teaching, academic research (interests in biomimetic restorative dentistry & fluorides) and student development on various levels, She holds Doctorial and Master’s degree programs from Cairo, Ain Shams and El Azhar Universities. She’s a professional educational developer and Clinician in several reputed educational institutions; which provided her with a dynamic platform to capitalize on her academic background, treating and teaching administrative skills. In addition; she has accomplished clinical dental surgical, and ran her own private clinic for long time. Prof. Asmaa attended many International Conferences around the World. She had the privilege to Head the Conservative Department; as a full-time Professor in several Egyptian Universities. Moreover; she had the responsibility of being Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs in Al-Fayoum University (In-class lecturing and direct administrative duties related to Professor and Student body affairs, scheduling and examination). She enjoyed coaching young ambitious students to participate & win positions during the national scientific competitions in several years as a supervisor on The Dental Student Scientific Association. In addition to training undergraduates to develop projects that became highlights in Dental collage work. Prof. Asmaa shares her dedication and enthusiasm for values-based and evidence-based Dentistry practice with her young students and colleagues as a way of transferring more than 18 years of experience as an educator in higher education and clinical practice.
