Summary background, research interests, and teaching experience
|
-The field of teaching: specialized in criminal law, which is one of the branches of common law, which deals with criminal sciences and crime control procedures (general theory of crime and criminal penalty, criminal procedures, procedures for collecting criminal evidence, investigations of the public prosecutor's office and criminal trials, special criminal legislation, auxiliary criminal sciences, criminology and punitive science.)
-Research interests: organized crime and confronting the smuggling and trafficking of human beings, criminal protection of children from exploitation, criminal proceedings and concise and simplified procedures in litigation and the rules of trial and appeal of judgment, and criminal responsibility for the use of modern techniques and artificial intelligence. -Community service: participating in legal awareness in the field of criminal law through seminars and panel discussions, including "the impact of the Krona pandemic on investment and crime rates; legal tolerance and its application in the penalty of community service; and confronting acts of witchcraft and sorcery in law and Islamic law. In addition to participating in the training and rehabilitation of students in the field of judicial control, public prosecution and the judiciary. |
