Summary |
Dr Faisal Al Matalka is an Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology and Social work, since 2016. He received his Ph.D. in Social sciences (sociology) from the Rajasthan University- India in 1995. From 1996 to 2007 he worked as director of SOS children village, Aqaba-Jordan, and from 2007 to 2016 as a faculty member at AL Balqa Applied University – Jordan. His Teaching Area span both Sociology and Social work and Criminology and Juvenile Delinquency. His research covers the area of Terrorism, Drugs, Social & family problems, Social & family violence, Poverty & unemployment. He is a reviewer and member of the Journal of Interpersonal Violence, University of Washington, Mutah Journal for Research and Studies, Human and Social Sciences Series, Mutah University, Jordan, and Journal of Human and Social Studies, University of Oran in Algeria. |
