Dr. Hussein I. Abulkasim is an Assistant Professor with expertise in cybersecurity, quantum cryptography, and quantum communication. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from South Valley University. He has published several research articles in prestigious journals such as Nature-Scientific Reports, IEEE Internet of Things, IEEE Access, and Quantum Information Processing.

Dr. Abulkasim's research interests mainly focus on the theoretical aspects of quantum information and its practical applications in various fields, including IoT, satellite, and drone security. He is particularly interested in developing and analyzing quantum cryptographic protocols, quantum key distribution, quantum private comparison, and blockchain security.

In addition to his research, Dr. Abulkasim is an experienced educator who has taught various computer science and information security courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels. His courses include Cryptography, Cybersecurity, Quantum Computation and Communication, Algorithms and Data Structures, and Database systems.
