Research Areas & Interests

  • My research areas and interests include organized crime, specifically strategies for combatting human smuggling and trafficking, and the criminal protection of children from exploitation. I am also focused on the nuances of criminal procedures, particularly summary and simplified litigation processes, as well as the foundational rules of trials and the appeals of judgments. Furthermore, I explore the realm of criminal liability in relation to the use of modern technologies and artificial intelligence, and I am deeply invested in developing criminal countermeasures against electronic hate speech, rumors, and the proliferation of fake news.
