Art Competition - "Wonders of Fujairah"

In the presence of His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad bin Saeed Al Sharqi, President of the Emirates Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, and His Excellency Professor Dr. Ali Abu Al Noor, Director of the University of Science and Technology in Fujairah (USTF), the Interior Design Department at the College of Engineering and Technology organized an art competition and exhibition titled "Fujairah's Masterpieces." This event coincided with active participation in the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28), aligning with the state's efforts to support environmental initiatives and raise awareness about climate change.

The competition witnessed broad participation from art enthusiasts of various age groups and students from different schools in Fujairah, with a total of five hundred and seven participants. In this context, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad bin Saeed Al Sharqi took a tour, reviewing various paintings and artworks, expressing admiration for the skill and creativity displayed and the level of the artists. He expressed his joy at how the artists conveyed the beauty of the Emirate of Fujairah through their unique artistic styles.

The winners of the competition were announced on the same day, and they were divided as follows:

• Age group 6 to 9 years: "Meitholi Ranolia" secured the first place. Age group 10 to 14 years: "Mohammed Shuwaizab" won the first place.
• This competition is part of the university's efforts to promote art and culture in the community, shedding light on the aesthetics of the Emirate of Fujairah.
