In the context of realizing the vision and mission of the University of Science and Technology in Fujairah and its goals in constructive and fruitful interaction with local community institutions.
The College of Law, in cooperation with the Emirates Association of Lawyers and Jurists, organized a seminar entitled: The Effects of the Corona Pandemic on Legal Transactions.
As the symposium dealt with the legal debate raised about the pandemic and the availability of the concept and conditions of force majeure. Consequently,
it is invoked to pay legal liability for non-implementation of contractual obligations in various contracts, especially time contracts such as rent, labor, and contracts whose implementation is lax, such as contracting: construction, building and supply contracts.
