Ceremony UAE Hackathon 6.0m Final

Fujairah, UAE - The sixth edition of the UAE Hackathon, which was held at the University of Science and Technology of Fujairah (USTF), has come to a successful conclusion after two days of intense competition among 220 participants. The event was attended by students from various schools and universities, as well as entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Participants were divided into 54 competitive teams, with 29 teams representing different schools, 22 teams from universities, and three teams from small businesses and entrepreneurs. The teams competed in various fields, including information technology, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, sustainability, healthcare, and more.

The competition resulted in the nomination of three school teams, including "Future Innovator", "DXB Innovation Bus", and "Falaero", as well as several university teams, including "Katara", "FSR", and "Overdose". Two startup teams were also nominated, namely "Alyah" and "Sustainable Solutions".

During the closing ceremony of the event, the nominated teams were congratulated and commended for their innovative ideas and contributions to the hackathon. Participants expressed their happiness and pride in being part of such an important event that aims to support and encourage innovation and creative thinking in society.

Prof. Ali Abouelnour, USTF chancellor, praised the level of the students and the promising ideas they presented, wishing them further progress and success in their lives. He also thanked the wise leadership of the United Arab Emirates, represented by the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority, for organizing the sixth edition of the UAE Hackathon.

The success of this event reflects the commitment of the UAE in supporting the development of innovation and entrepreneurship in the country, and we look forward to the next edition of the UAE Hackathon.
