Medical Check-ups Offered in Collaboration between USTF Student Affairs and Al-Sharq Hospital
Fujairah, September 27, 2023 - In a joint effort to promote community health, the Student Affairs Deanship at the University of Science and Technology in Fujairah (USTF), in collaboration with Al-Sharq Hospital, organized a series of complimentary medical examinations. The event, held on Wednesday, September 27, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, included free blood sugar and blood pressure screenings.
This initiative underscores the commitment of both USTF and Al-Sharq Hospital towards the well-being of Fujairah residents. It not only serves as a preventive healthcare measure but also strengthens the ties between the university and the local healthcare sector.
Prof. Ali Abouelnour, USTF Chancellor, expressed enthusiasm for this collaboration, stating, "Our aim is to ensure that the community has access to essential healthcare services. This partnership with Al-Sharq Hospital is a testament to our dedication to the well-being of our residents."
