Wednesday, Sep 20, 2023

The College of Business Administration at the University of Science and Technology of Fujairah had an introduction meeting for all undergraduate and graduate students.

Dr. Abdallah Elamin, Dean of the College of Business Administration, met with college students, undergraduates, and postgraduates on September 20, 2023, to discuss their experiences at the college and to solicit comments on how to improve the programs and services offered, as well as to nominate students to scientific councils.

Dr. Abdallah Elamin (the Dean) presided over the meeting, which was attended by all faculty members, including Dr. Ahmed Zeinelabdin, Dr. Hazem Aldabbas, and Dr. Liza Germal, as well as B.Sc., MBA, and MIE students enrolled in the programs.

Dr. Elamin welcomed the students, wishing them success and excellence in their future scientific careers and encouraging them to strive for scientific and knowledge excellence. Dr. Elamin noted that the meeting's objective is to meet with students and discuss their needs, concerns, and aspirations. Students discussed a range of issues throughout the meeting, including the extracurricular activities, the resources accessible to them, and their professional objectives.

Dr. Elamin listened carefully to their comments and addressed their questions. He stresses the need of communication and reciprocal discussion between students and academic counselors. As a result, it will contribute to students' involvement in university life by allowing them to interact and participate in the many workshops held by the college to improve students' skills and introduce them to new educational methods. It will also help students make the best use of the various university resources, particularly the library and research in its sources, which will help students improve their research skills and scientific abilities in writing research, projects, and scientific papers.

During the meeting, Dr. Elamin presented a complete overview of the MIE program and its aims, as well as its teaching techniques, evaluation systems, and expected

learning outcomes. "I am committed to ensuring that our students have the best possible experience at the Business College," he told the crowd. "I will continue to work closely with our faculty and staff to identify and implement ways to improve our programs and services."

Dr. Ahmed Zeinabdin also spoke on the faculty's commitment to our students' personal and professional goals. Dr. Hazem and Dr. Liza both emphasize the same things. Dr. Sameh Khamis, the manager of the Office of Admission and Registration, was also there, and he stressed the attendance policies. The students nominated the students’ council members.

Dr. Elamin thanked the students for their feedback and encouraged them to continue sharing their thoughts and ideas with him and the college's academics and staff. The students acknowledged their delight at the gathering and the value it provided to their scientific careers.
