Seminar about Sorcery in Sharia and law

The college of Law at the University of Science and Technology in Fujairah held a seminar entitled "Facing the works of magic and sorcery in Islamic law and law", in which Prof. Dr. Khalaf Mohammed, a faculty member of the faculty, talked about the position of Islamic law on sorcery and sorcery. Dr. Amin Dahmash, a faculty member at the College, spoke about the criminal confrontation of magic and sorcery in UAE law. He pointed out that the legislator was facing this phenomenon through the texts that criminalize fraud. Then the legislator intervened and found explicit and comprehensive texts that criminalize sorcery and witchcraft, In Law No. 7 of 2016, as well as the criminalization of related works, such as the use of magic or dealing with objects dedicated to magic and witchcraft as well as promoting the work of magic.
