A scientific visit by female students of the College of Law to the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Library in Dubai
The College of Law at the University of Science and Technology in Fujairah organized a field scientific visit for the college’s female students to the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Library in the Emirate of Dubai on Thursday, 10-12-2023, under the supervision of Dr. Ameen Dahmash, a faculty member at the college of law. The visit aimed to introduce the female students to the library and its services.

The scientific knowledge that it presents to readers and researchers and the abundance of historical references and manuscripts in various fields of knowledge and to develop the students’ abilities in scientific research and encourage them to attend the many cultural centers that exist in the country.

The students were received by Mr. Muhammad Al Ali from the visits department in the library,

who explained the importance of The library and its role in enhancing the country’s strategy in the cultural sector through free access to a distinguished collection of books in various languages, launching various cultural events, and providing high-quality information services that enable access to a wide range of e-books and other digital media, In addition to easy access to the book through the robot, which brings it within five minute. Then he took the students around the library’s sections, such as the Maps and Atlases Library, which is full of rare and historical manuscripts and atlases.

It is worth mentioning that the library consists of seven floors in the form of an open book. It was established by Law No. 14 of 2016 in the Year of Reading within the framework of the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to develop the field of Knowledge in the United Arab Emirates.
