SolarCast App Engineering Team Wins Third Place in the 2023 University of Al Ain Sustainability in Engineering Competition

Al Ain, UAE - The University of Al Ain recently held its annual Sustainability in Engineering Competition, providing an excellent opportunity for students to showcase their skills and knowledge in the field of renewable energy. We are pleased to announce that the SolarCast App engineering team from the Department of Electrical and Renewable Energy Engineering has won third place in the competition. The team was composed of Raghad Mulham, Maram Hamoud, and Mariam Al Naemi.

Numerous other students participated in the event, presenting their projects such as "Solar Powered Wireless Power Transfer" by Zain Alabdeen Ahmed, Abdulaziz Khamees, and Hamdan Hamad, as well as "Implementation of efficient small size half bridge inverter using EPC9078" by Mohammed Ayman, Matar Khalifa, and Mohammed Iyad.

We congratulate all the participants for their efforts and dedication toward sustainability and innovation.

The University of Al Ain's Sustainability in Engineering Competition was an excellent opportunity for students to demonstrate their knowledge and skills in the field of renewable energy.
