The College of Business Administration at the University of Science and Technology of Fujairah Organizes an Orientation Meeting for Students of The College from the Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program
The College of Business Administration at the University of Science and Technology of Fujairah organized an introductory meeting for students of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the College of Business Administration.
Dr. Abdallah Elamin (Coordinator of the MBA) chaired the meeting with the participation of MBA students involved in the program.
Dr. Elamin welcomed the students, wishing them excellence and success in their next scientific career, urging them to make efforts to achieve scientific and knowledge excellence. In this regard, he pointed out that the MBA program is one discipline that witnesses high demand from the labor market. Therefore, it allows its graduates to join prestigious positions and improve career prospects.
Dr. Elamin explained that the purpose of the meeting is to meet students and discuss their needs, concerns, and aspirations.
He emphasizes the necessity of communication and mutual discussion between the students and their academic advisors. Therefore, it will contribute to the student’s involvement in university life and enable them to interact and participate in the various workshops organized by the college to raise the students’ skills and help them discover modern education methods.
It will also contribute to directing students to the optimal use of the various available university resources, especially the library and research in its sources, which helps students raise their research skills and increase their scientific abilities in writing research, projects and scientific papers.
During the meeting, Dr. Naserelldeen Alnageeb, the USTF librarian, gave a full explanation to the master's students about the optimal use of library services and urged master's students to know and understand the services provided by the USTF library and learning resources
Dr. Alnageeb informed them of the sources of information it provides, and the training and education workshops offered by the video videos, which are available on the university's website.
He stressed the importance of master's students getting acquainted with the databases that the student uses and knowing what he needs to help them effectively write the required research and scientific papers.
During the meeting, Dr. Elamin presented a comprehensive introduction to the MBA program and its objectives and discussed its teaching methods, evaluation mechanisms, and expected learning outcomes upon completion of the program.
The meeting was concluded with best wishes for success and progress to students at this vital stage of their academic journey. The students expressed their happiness with this meeting and what it added to their scientific career's value.
