University of Fujairah Concludes Table Tennis Championship with Remarkable Success

The University of Fujairah successfully concluded its Table Tennis Championship, held from April 22 to 24, 2025, with the participation of 24 students from various university colleges, amid an atmosphere of enthusiasm and high-level sportsmanship.
The tournament showcased exceptional technical skills from the students. Jasem Al-Naqbi, from the College of Arts and Humanities, claimed first place after a standout performance throughout the competition. Haitham Al-Matrooshi secured second place, while Mahmoud Al-Koumi from the College of Pharmacy came in third.
The awarding ceremony was attended by Dr. Amin Dahmash representing the College of Law, Dr. Rubin Kabha from the College of Arts and Humanities, and the sports supervisor Ramzi Ghoneim, along with a large audience of university students.
Mr. Ramzi Ghoneim, the sports supervisor at the University of Fujairah, expressed his pride in the outstanding success of the tournament. He praised the high level of performance demonstrated by the students and affirmed that the university places great importance on sports and recreational activities as a core pillar of the educational process. He emphasized the university’s ongoing commitment to fostering an environment that encourages academic excellence and athletic creativity.
The Deanship of Student Affairs congratulated the winners and expressed their gratitude and appreciation to everyone who contributed to the success of this remarkable sporting event, which embodied the spirit of positive competition among students.
