"University of Science and Technology of Fujairah Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Sociological Association to Enhance Collaboration and Knowledge Exchange"

In a move to strengthen strategic cooperation between academic institutions and the community, the University of Science and Technology of Fujairah has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Sociological Association. This memorandum aims to enhance collaboration in various areas, including organizing joint activities and events, and maximizing the scientific, practical, and professional capabilities of both parties.

The memorandum was signed by His Excellency Prof. Ali Abouelnour Director of the University of Science and Technology of Fujairah, and Dr. Raqiya Al Raisi, Chairperson of the Sociological Association's Board of Directors. The signing ceremony was attended by distinguished members of the association's board, including Dr. Salah Al Mazrouei, Vice Chairman of the Board, Dr. Mohammed Bin Jarash, Board Member and Chairman of the Cultural Committee, and Ms. Mariam Al Qasir, Financial Secretary. From the university, the ceremony was attended by His Excellency Prof. Zain Al Abidine, Vice Director for Academic Affairs, His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Zain Al Abidine, Vice Director for Financial and Administrative Affairs, and Dr. Faisal Al Matalka, Dean of the College of Humanities and Sciences, in addition to faculty members from the College of Humanities and Sciences.

Prof. Ali Abouelnour, Director of the University of Science and Technology of Fujairah, emphasized the university's commitment to achieving excellence in education, research, and services, and enhancing student life and community partnerships. He also highlighted the importance of offering a diverse range of specialties at the university and providing accredited programs based on the latest technologies and scientific curricula to meet the evolving needs of the job market and enable students to achieve their professional goals.

This memorandum is part of the university's efforts to activate local and regional partnerships and enhance sustainable development and innovation in serving the community.
