virtual seminar on the challenges of artificial intelligence and intellectual property, to celebrate the World Intellectual Property Day,

    The College of Law at the University of Science and Technology in Fujairah organized a virtual seminar on the challenges of artificial intelligence and intellectual property, to celebrate the World Intellectual Property Day, which falls on the 26th of April of each year.

   The symposium was attended by a large gathering of law professors at the university and other Emirati universities, those interested in intellectual property affairs, and students of the College of Law.

   The seminar was initiated by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Issa Rabadi, by welcoming the attendees and praising the two colleagues: Dr. Enas Al-Khalidi and Dr. Mohammad Hassan for their contribution to reviving this event, in which they presented a comprehensive presentation of the concept of artificial intelligence, its different types and applications, and the problems it raises regarding the different aspects of the application of various intellectual property legislation and the nature of solutions Proposed in the comparative legal system about confronting these problems.

    The symposium concluded with interventions and questions of the attendees that influenced the topic and a call for more seminars on artificial intelligence topics and their relationship to various legal aspects in society.
