World Oral Health Day Event

The College of Dentistry held an enjoyable interactive event which comes in parallel with the international efforts to enrich the public awareness about the importance of Oral Health especially among the young kids.
The event was under the supervision of College’s professors in addition to the senior students of the college who made the event full of joy and happiness in direct sponsoring by GSK and in collaboration with USTF Office of Events.
The event was held in the famous Umbrella-Beach in Fujairah and was attended by the public audience in the beach who enjoy different activities held including Dental Hygiene indicative sessions, Coloring, Musical activities, Art and Craft, Dental advices, and much more.
HE Prof. Tamer Abdelbari – Dean of the College of Dentistry – had an interview with Fujairah TV who came to cover this important events, in which Prof. Tamer expressed USTF support for such events that serve the community need for such awareness activities. HE Prof. Tamer also emphasized on the role the college plays in community health welfare by providing free treatment for the public audience at USTF Dental clinics.
At the end of the event, Prof. Tamer thanked the event supervisor, Dr. Sherine Badawy, for her keenness to succeed this event along with the students of College of Dentistry who made this day a memorable one.
