BBA-4913 Capstone Project (1-2-3)
Capstone project is designed to enable students to apply theoretical knowledge acquired over the years of study at the College of Business to writing an empirical project on real world business and management issues. Students will work through the entire process of planning a study, collecting data, analyzing the data, writing and presenting a report of the assigned project.

The course provides students with the recent developments and comprehensive theories in Human Resource Management (HRM). It aims to develop the knowledge and skill in the functional areas of the profession particularly staffing, human resource development, performance management, compensation, safety and health, and employee and labor relations.

This course places the theory and practice of occupational health and safety firmly within a strategic business context by making health & safety an equal partner to other strategic business risks. The essential principles of business risk management are applied to the management of health & safety in order to develop best practice approaches.
