In line with the 2019 Vision of the UAE as a Year of Tolerance, the College of Mass Communication organized a cultural symposium entitled "Cultural Dimensions of Tolerance", with the participation of university students.

As part of the university’s efforts to celebrate the national heritage of the UAE, the Deanship of Student Affairs organized the "HAQ AL-LAYLA" activity under the supervision of the volunteer club at the university and attended by many children of Al-Diyar schools and the Islamic Academy.

As part of the course "Introduction to Oral and Dental Diseases", the students of the College of Dentistry at the University organized a school health program by inviting school children aged 9-10 years to participate in the activities of the program.

The Deanship of Student Affairs at the University held an introductory seminar on the Fujairah Small Business Support Center in the presence of HE Prof. Zein Al Abidine Rizk, Dr. Sameh Khamis and Dr. Ahmed Al-Ridaide - faculty members of the university.

The college of engineering and information technology students participated in the 11th annual conference for undergraduate research papers in the applied computing field that was organized by Zayed University with the association of the ministry of infrastructure development in UAE and Ajman digital government under the theme of artificial intelligence and the future.

In a new step towards a future of excellency, the College of Architecture, Art and Design at the USTF secured the second award among the UAE's universities in the competition organized by JK Cement to create giant exterior designs on the factory silos.

The Directory of Students Guidance center at the university held a seminar on the habits of studying and enhancement of memorization in order to enhance the achievement of the university students.

Omani students of the university had participated in the annual meeting held by the Omani Cultural Attaché in the United Arab Emirates in the presence of Dr. Essa Rhabadi, Dr. Mamdouh Hashim, and Dr. Sameh Khamis – faculty members at the university.

The College of Law at the University, in cooperation with the Fujairah Public Prosecution, had organized a seminar entitled "The negative effects of the use of IT means in contravention of the provisions of the law against the crimes of information technology on society".

Under the supervision of Dr. Abdullah Al Ameen, a faculty member at the College of Business Administration at the University, the students had visited Masafi Plant of manufacturing and bottling of water in Masafi.
