Academic Experience
Dr. Faisal worked as a lecturer, assistant professor, and associate professor, of sociology in Al-Balqa Applied University -Jordan, between 2007 - 2016 and till present. He joined Ajman University in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as an associate professor of sociology for the period 2016 - 2023. During this period Dr. Faisal taught the History of Social Thinking, Introduction to Sociology, Sociology of work, Family counseling, Social Theories, demography, Modern social issues, Texts Sociology and Social Work, Social Change, Economic sociology, Applied Sociology, Social Psychology, Communication Skills in English Language, sociology of media, Contemporary Social Issues, Family and Social Counseling, Social problems and Criminal Sociology courses for undergraduate students. He also worked in initiating the Master of Sociology program.

- Dr. Faisal's Research interests are social problems (family, children, students, youth......, Non-governmental organizations, Social and family relations, Juvenile delinquency, Crime and criminals, Domestic violence, Studies of youth, their problems, and violence, Poverty and unemployment, Social support and Terrorism and terrorists.
